The CASE product line consists of coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers. The CASE materials are used in different industries including the construction industry, transportation, textiles, architecture. They improve the performance, operation, resistance and appearance of the products and ensure excellent durability for long-term use.

In the CASE applications, polyurethane and polyurea systems are frequently used for the production of materials with superior performance properties and special uses.

Polyurethane (PU) improves the mechanical properties of the materials as well as the surface hardness in coatings and ensures the materials to be long-lasting and durable.

KIMcase® Special Products, designed for the industries of construction, maintenance and repair, are the result of an innovative technology based on special polymers developed following several applications.

KIMcase® Coating Systems

Polyurea, polyurethane, and epoxy-based coating systems are applied to provide protection against corrosion and abrasion and to improve the final surface appearance.

The Coating Systems, which can be applied to surfaces such as metal, concrete, marble, composite, or wood, consist of pure polyurea, brush-applied polyurea, hybrid polyurea systems, polyurethane membrane, and epoxy primer.

These coating systems are designed by establishing a balance between performance requirements and cost considerations in line with customer demands.

  1. Pure Polyurea System

  Pure polyurea systems are two-component, spray-applied surface coating and waterproofing materials that protect surfaces against abrasion, rust, and corrosion. They contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and offer 400% elongation.

  

   

  2. Hybrid Polyurea System
  

  The hybrid polyurea system is a two-component, spray-applied coating and waterproofing material that protects surfaces against abrasion, rust, and corrosion. It contains no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

  

   

  3. Polyurethane Membrane
  

  Polyurethane membrane is a single-component, highly elastic and durable coating and waterproofing material that provides excellent resistance to hot and cold joint expansions.

  

  

   

  4. Epoxy Primer

  Epoxy primer is a two-component, low-viscosity, solvent-free, epoxy-based primer featuring high adhesion and fast curing properties.
