Catalysts:
DMCHA (N,N-Dimethylcyclohexylamine):
It is a catalyst used in the formulation of rigid and semi-rigid Polyurethane insulation systems (sandwich panels, spray polyurethane, etc.). It has a chemical structure which easily dissolves in polyol and organic solvents, but does not dissolve in water. It is a tertiary amine used for eliciting a polyol and isocyanate reaction.
PMDETA (N,N,N′,N′′,N′′ – Pentamethyldiethylenetriamine):
PMDETA is a catalyst raw material used in the manufacture of foam. It is used mainly for a gelling reaction in polyurethane foaming. It can also be used as an antioxidant for polyurethane foam.
TEDA (Triethylenediamine):
The TEDA catalyst is used in polyurethane foams, including flexible paving stones, and flexible molded, rigid, semi-flexible and elastomeric.
BDMA (Dimethylbenzylamine):
Dimethylbenzylamine is an organic compound formulated as C9H13N. It has an odorless liquid. It is used as a catalyst in the formation of polyurethane foams and epoxy resins.
DABCO EG:
Dabco Eg is an organic component formulated as C6H12N2. It has a colorless, solid structure and is used as a catalyst and reactive in polymerization synthesis. It has a boiling point of 174°C and a density of 1.02 g/cm³.
TEGOAMINE ASMEG:
Tegoamine ASMEG is used in polyurethane-molded foam production, and catalyzes the gelling reaction. It is a tertiary amine-based catalyst. It allows for the catalyzing of the reaction between CO2 gas-producing isocyanate and water. It is widely used to harden the structure of a chemical substance.
