Polyurethane Raw Materials for Safety Shoe Soles
Safe Steps
Safety shoes are the designed to remove possible damages to be caused on your feet on the working environment.
Today, when we investigate occupational accidents, we see that many injuries are caused by wearing improper safety shoes or not wearing any safety shoes at all.
Comfortable and durable safety shoes are preferred with the features of lightness, flexibility, absorption, corrosion-resistance and resistance to slipping in especially in heavy industry (mining, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, energy, defense industry and chemical industry) and light industry production sites. Polyurethane is the most reasonable material to produce safety shoes since it provides all these features.
Kimpur has developed KIMfoot® safety shoe sole systems which provides both safe and comfortable steps in order to provide long-lasting usage experience. Our systems are in compliance with EN ISO 20345: 2012 and EN 61340-5-1
Single and Dual Density Polyurethane Safety Shoe Sole Systems
Our systems are used in single and double density safety shoes production. Double density consists two layers, outsole and midsole. While PU midsole provides high comfort for feet with its soft and breathable structure, PU outsole enables shoes to provide high resistance to slipping and corrosion. Outsole can be affixed with PU and TPU. The systems can be applied with injection and open casting machines.
