R&D Simulation Laboratory

We established the Kimpur R&D Simulation Laboratory to validate the polyurethane systems we develop under real production conditions and to deliver faster, more reliable, and high-performance solutions to our customers. Equipped with advanced production machinery and molds, our laboratory enables us to accurately simulate our customers’ manufacturing processes and comprehensively evaluate product performance before industrial implementation.

Our laboratory is equipped with industry-standard production equipment for a wide range of polyurethane applications, including footwear, flexible foam, rigid foam, and other polyurethane systems. This robust infrastructure allows us to test, optimize, and validate our polyurethane systems under actual processing conditions, ensuring they deliver the highest level of performance for our customers’ production processes.
