Systems Made with Recycled Content

We develop polyurethane systems that reduce environmental impact by integrating recycled materials into our formulations. In line with our sustainable manufacturing approach, we use inputs recovered from waste streams — such as polyester polyol produced from recycled PET bottles and graphene-enhanced systems derived from end-of-life tire waste — helping decrease the use of virgin resources while maintaining high mechanical and technical performance.

Systems Made from Renewable Resources

We are expanding the use of renewable resource–based raw materials as sustainable alternatives to fossil-based inputs. By integrating bio-based ingredients into our formulations, we aim to reduce environmental impact while maintaining the high performance expected from our systems.

In line with our 2030 sustainability targets, we plan to increase the share of bio-based systems to 25% across our entire portfolio. Our developments include solutions such as GREEN PIR — a bio-based sandwich panel system designed to deliver eco-friendly, high-performance insulation.

Low Carbon Footprint Systems

Reducing carbon footprint is a key priority in our fight against climate change. At Kimpur, we design polyurethane systems that enhance energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact throughout their lifecycle.

Our next-generation insulation technologies — including KIMcool® refrigerator systems, KIMspray® spray foam systems, and KIMrigid® sandwich panel systems, all developed with environmentally friendly new-generation blowing agents — help lower emissions during both production and use while delivering high thermal performance.

Energy-Efficient & Material-Optimized Systems

At Kimpur, we design polyurethane systems that deliver high performance while reducing resource and energy consumption. Our energy-efficient and material-optimized solutions help minimize heat loss and enable lighter, more efficient designs without compromising durability.

Key developments include KIMspray® spray foam systems, KIMrigid® sandwich panel and pipe insulation systems, and KIMcool® refrigerator systems, all engineered to support operational energy savings and more sustainable production.
