Energy Management

We consider the efficient use of energy as a core component of our sustainability strategy and actively strive to enhance energy efficiency through the use of energy-saving equipment and technologies.

Our efforts to achieve energy savings are carried out within the framework of our ISO 50001 Energy Management System.

Key initiatives include:

• • Installation of solar power plants at our Gebze and Düzce Production Facilities,
  • Project for utilizing heat from natural gas exhaust stacks,
  • Replacement of electric motors with newer, more efficient models,
  • Monitoring section-based consumption with natural gas meters,
  • Replacement of the old compressor with a new-generation inverter compressor
  • Implementation of flow measurement devices,
  • Enhancing the efficiency of furnace automation systems,

• Use of energy analyzers
• Enhancing the energy efficiency of the hot water circulation system,
• Improving insulation applications to prevent heat loss,
• Detecting and preventing leaks in compressed air systems,
• Optimizing time and resource use in certain processes to increase production efficiency
