Energy Management
We consider the efficient use of energy as a core component of our sustainability strategy and actively strive to enhance energy efficiency through the use of energy-saving equipment and technologies.
Our efforts to achieve energy savings are carried out within the framework of our ISO 50001 Energy Management System.
Key initiatives include:
- Installation of solar power plants at our Gebze and Düzce Production Facilities,
- Project for utilizing heat from natural gas exhaust stacks,
- Replacement of electric motors with newer, more efficient models,
- Monitoring section-based consumption with natural gas meters,
- Replacement of the old compressor with a new-generation inverter compressor
- Implementation of flow measurement devices,
- Enhancing the efficiency of furnace automation systems,
- Use of energy analyzers
- Insulation improvements to enhance energy efficiency
