Corporate Social Responsibility

Our mission is to benefit society and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Alongside our groundbreaking and innovative activities within the sector, conducting projects that contribute to society also boosts our internal motivation.

With a deep understanding of the value of making a difference in even one life, we strive to play an active role in education, environmental protection, and gender equality. We prioritize aligning our efforts with non-governmental organizations to amplify our support.

With the “Duyarlı Ol (Be Sensitive)” Project by SKD (Sustainable Development Association) Türkiye, we introduced environmentally beneficial improvements to our office areas and enhanced employee awareness about environmental actions they can adopt in both their workplace and everyday routines.

In collaboration with Turmepa, Kimpur volunteers gathered at Moda Beach for a cleanup effort. Despite challenging weather conditions, we collected 24 kg of waste in 15 minutes, including 11 kg of glass, 9 kg of plastic, 2 kg of paper, 1 kg of metal, and 1 kg of non-recyclable waste. Altogether, we removed 24 kg of waste, contributing to environmental protection and recovering 66.99 kWh of energy.

As part of WWF’s (World Wide Fund for Nature) Earth Hour global movement, we joined the Green Recovery call this year to commemorate the losses from the earthquake disaster in our country. We also encouraged all our stakeholders to turn off their lights on March 25, from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

We continue to contribute to the ecosystem with the awareness of our environmental responsibilities. We continue to grow our memorial forest, which we established with this belief in 2022. As part of our cooperation with the Aegean Forest Foundation, we donated saplings to our memorial forest on behalf of all our employees in the new year. In this way, we reduced our environmental impact while leaving them a beautiful gift for the future.

In our 40th year, we included 40 university students in our long-term scholarship program. We manage the scholarship program through institutional cooperation with the determined university and relevant departments, without accepting individual applications. We aim to continue our support for our university students and young talents every year.

As part of our collaboration with Istanbul Busader (Istanbul Health and Education Volunteers Association), we sponsored the Antakya Civilizations Choir solidarity concert held at the Atatürk Cultural Center and with the income from this concert, we contributed to the implementation of the Primary School and Kindergarten Project to be built in the Karaçay Neighborhood of the Samandağ District of Hatay Province.

In the earthquakes that affected many provinces of our country, centered in Kahramanmaraş, on February 6, we provided support and assistance in the provision of needs in the regions in cooperation with AHBAP and AFAD Associations. We also provided winter boots for earthquake victim children.

We provided support on behalf of all our female employees within the scope of our cooperation with the Foundation for the Support of Women’s Labor (KEDV) on March 8, International Women’s Day, to meet the urgent needs of women affected by the earthquakes in our country and to help them rebuild their lives.

As a participant in the Business Against Domestic Violence (BADV) Project, we strive to provide a workplace environment that is free from all forms of domestic violence.

As part of our collaboration with the Turkish Animals Federation, we supported the food needs of street animals during the winter months. In order to support the struggle of women fighting against violence against women and gender inequality, we provided assistance to the Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation.

We supported the production of books that aim to teach primary and secondary school students in Kocaeli about zero waste life and increase their awareness with the “I am in too” project, which aims to distribute the Environmentalist Child Education Set published by the Environmentalist Child Publishing House to 2,000,000 children in cooperation with ÇEVİs (Environmentalist Enterprises).

We supported children who make a difference in education by collecting donations for the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation “The Faces of the Republic Swim for Education” campaign at the 35th Samsung Bosphorus Intercontinental Swimming Race.

We ran in the 45th Istanbul Marathon of Türkiye İş Bankası together with Darüşşafaka Educational Institutions to support the provision of “Equal Opportunities in Education” to more children from the earthquake zone by increasing the capacity of quality living spaces
