QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of universities in logistics, business administration, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse management, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Worked with ERP systems related to logistics processes (preferably SAP: MM-SD-WM modules).
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Not subject to military service (for male candidates).
• Capable of active vehicle usage.
• No travel restrictions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare shipment plans according to orders.
• Ensure the preparation of materials related to customer orders at shipping points.
• Organize shipment vehicle arrangements. Monitor the process from loading preparation to vehicle departure.
• Ensure complete and timely execution of material checks, acceptance, warehouse entry, and similar receiving processes.
• Manage teams or suppliers involved in operations within logistics processes.
• Execute ERP system processes and perform reporting.
• Coordinate with departments and suppliers involved in logistics processes.
• Participate in OHS, Environmental Management, ISO, system development, and improvement activities.
