We are based on the principle of equality of opportunity and diversity, and that people are different from each other in many ways. In this regards, 2 female and 12 male employees utilized the maternity leave in 2022. All of these employees are still working at Kimpur.
And also, we employed disabled employees (3,61%) in our production facility.
